I find kind of boring creating subtitles. You always have to analyse it for a long time to fit the relative time period of the verses you need and also you will find that when you have more than one voice it turns to be harder(although is mostly unlikely this case).
The only free tool I really really didn't find on the internet was something to try (at least) speech recognize what is in the audio. For youtube you could when using mike's website, download a transcription of your video which is kind useful since youtube has most videos. It doesn't work anymore unless if you upload the video yourself to do the job on youtube.
I'm about to say for whoever asks for what is being said (even me), the following phrase: F***! Have a computer with internet and try to figure yourself!
Unless there is some not well disclosed tool to do it, offcourse. Also, sorry if posted in the wrong place (=P).
