CopyWipe (HD utility)

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

CopyWipe (HD utility)

CopyWipe comes in 2 versions, one for DOS (with a GUI named makedisk) and a console-based Win32 application (which can be added to Windows PE via the also available PEBuilder Plug-In). Current version is 1.14, last released in 2006.
