HTMLDocEdit

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

A fall-over simple WYSIWYG HTML editor from Nirsoft:

I'm a little disappointed there isn't a feature/button to switch over to the HTML code, but the simplicity easily makes up for it. There's some rich text editors that work similarly to this, but save to RTF, where most of our other web edition software is pretty complex.

Tested: Portable

I'm surprised this hasn't been added/discussed already on TPFC! I did mention it here but only in passing. The application is very simplistic but I suppose ideal for those who are getting into HTML syntax creation, but without the knowledge.
