I don't find this one in the Database... it has been recentely published on WinPenPack...

Synopsis:
Free Text Blocks Replacer allows to replace text blocks (not just single rows) in multiple files located in established folder and its subfolders.
Installation:
Just unzip the archive in any folder and run the textrep.exe file.
License: Freeware
Unicode support: don' t think so...

Sorry! I guessed that WinPenPack had a more strict policy about portable programs... so I did not test it (mea culpa! mea culpa! :cry: "My fault! My Fault"...)
