Recommended Firewall and PIM?

Hi sorry for my no knowledge but how cab I:
When I put the USB stick in my PC I want automic open of my USB stick tree files.
I usually use outlook in my PC and want some portable PIM to syc my PC with my portable PIM USB in both direction, is there something free

?
Any good free firewall?

I moved your post again, this seems like a more appropriate place for it.

As far as Firewalls go, there really aren't too many free firewall programs out there any more and most of them (if not all of them) are NOT portable. Sygate Personal Firewall seems to be popular, but can be difficult to track down. gp_hbk suggests you looks on FileHippo.

With regard to PIM software and syncing, I can't help you on that one. I use Essential PIM to store my personal data but I have no idea about it being able to sync with Outlook. Perhaps someone else on the forum can help you further with that one.

The pro version of EssentialPIM can do it, but you have to buy it.
There is a portable version of it, too.
