Two-Finger-Scroll is an alledged portable app that allows for the Windows user to gain the multi-touch ability enjoyed on many Mac touchpads.

It is available here, via GHacks.net.

Crap.

Well, its still an awesome app. Everytime I use any touchpad I'm always automatically trying to do the two-finger scroll now. Its so sweet.

Edit: Its an awesome technology. I didn't test the app.
