Portable standalone Flash player

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Adobe's Flash Downloads page has a Flash Player 8 Update zipfile for download which contains SAFlashPlayer.exe, which I believe to be an all-inclusive Flash 8 player. (I'm still testing this.)

This is NOT portable - automatically writes to HKCR and messes up your file associations.
