It works great! Thank you!
I can't stop though!
1. If the resulting file already exists, now it is overwritten by default. Would it be possible to make an option to ask the user what to do? (maybe the user forgets he already joined those splits, or a different file with the same name already exists).
2. This one might be a little bit tricky: if I make a shortcut of "fjoiner.exe" in the "Send to" folder and I send "file.001" to FileJoiner, program window opens but it's empty; I think a command line switch to load the file is needed to add in the shortcut's target box or in a .bat file.
Thanks!

1. This was already on my todo list, I just couldn't find a good solution. Now, if file exists user will get a prompt "Output file already exists. Do you want to overwrite?".
2. Done, just needed to read command line parameters. While I did that I also made an option to associate File Joiner with .001 files (this has to be written in registry so its not portable).

There is something wrong; instead of this

I get this

when I use the "Send to" method.
Also, sometimes (not often), FileJoiner's window pops up in the background even though "Always on top" option is selected and working fine with drag and drop method.

I uploaded new version, could you try again?

This is most likely a Windows XP problem, I can try something but I can't promise anything.

Version 1.1.2 works ok (popping in background still happens sometimes - but not a big issue)!
Thank you!

Just to let everyone know: I edited the official entry for this to be something that was a bit more readable and a bit more inside the format that Andrew has developed over time. I have not tested this program an know nothing about it.
Same for Igorware Hasher, FLV Joiner, and MUICacheView.

I guess it would, but that's not really what I had in mind for File Joiner. I'm used to using VirtualDub for joining avi files.
