Picker
takes a screen shot of your desktop and then allows you to pick individual colours from the image and save the hex value on your clipboard.

Font View
is a little freeware utility we've written for viewing and testing your installed fonts. Using the tester window you can experiment with the size, colour and style of a phrase to help you choose which font to use.

Web Tester
is a smart little program that allows you to try out all your .gif and .jpg background images to see how they would look on a web page.

Iview
is a fast, easy to use image, sound and avi viewer.

Calendar
Calendar is a program for all those people who don't want all the bells and whistles when they look up a date, just an easy to use (and small) utility.

Cats and Ladders
is a pc version of our popular Java applet game.

Crypcrap
is a simple packing program that can pack a list of files into one file and protect them with a password. It can also be used to view and unpack these packed files. It supports several graphics file formats.

Scribble
is a small tool to make notes, an attempt to replace the pieces of paper that were scattered over my desk. You can keep it somewhere in a corner of your screen while your working and neet to jot down some data. It is designed specifically for this function so it has no advanced features you'll find in a lot of text editors. The window can be made small enough to not be in the way and you can save and load your notes to a separate textfile.

ImBrowza
is a picture browser that gives a quick overview of all BMP, GIF, and JPEG files on your system. Possibilities include a small preview and full view, deleting and copying and moving images.
To install the program simply extract it to a directory of your choice.

Executioner
is a command line tool which will execute a file with a second file as parameter. You can pick the files from a file dialog, drag and drop them from explorer or use the dropdown list of favorites.

Mask
is a simple tool that compares two images and fills in all the similar pixels with a user defined colour. This method is probably used in animated gif optimizers but can also be used to compress (non-sequential) images in a program for instance.

Framer
is an easy-to-use tool that takes a series of images (frames) and pastes them together into one strip. These strips can be used for animations in programs. You can set margins to crop frames manually or let the program seek the optimal margins.

PicPage
is a small program that takes an image and turns it into a webpage with that image in coloured text.

Bumper
plays a sequence of images as an animation. I use it to preview animations I make.

BAPT
Renames a list of files to a series of numbered files or to edited names.

LOWER
Converts all filenames in a directory-tree to lowercase (looks SO much tidier on your CDrom).
