from version 1.02 to 1.03, not sure exactly what the differences are. I think, units of measurement have been added e.g. pixels, inches etc and also you can quickly adjust the length of the ruler using some common default values e.g. 400px, 640, 800, 1024 etc.

Apparently 'units' was version 1.02. So maybe the author will enlighten us as to what's been added, but to be honest there isn't much more that needs to be added now. It's a pretty well contained and comprehensive app for its intended purpose.

Mainly the buttons are new (if the ruler's width is not too small to display them). You can also define presets with 1.03. Well, and of course some bugfixes (IIRC there was something wrong with the transparency)...
