GnuCash Portable

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

The most comprehensive freeware Quickens has a PortableApps Package.

It does have a couple of portability issues, especially regarding online banking and unicode.

The broken link above no longer matters since they have already incorporated the new ini in the main release at winPenPack.com.
