RawReg - reghive viewer/editor

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Dang, the whole website is down and I can't find an alternate download link. I have the original exe file (VT scan result), but I don't know a safe way to share it (can't ask anyone to trust me).

I usually use www.mirrored.to/ for that purpose -- but their choice of file hosts has been steadily dwindling in recent times (it's down to a meager 10 sites from an all-time top of over 30). Other than that SF.net might be an option. If you have an account, that is. YMMV.
