So if you create a system profile in xp-AntiSpy, it writes it to the registry:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1614895754-1659004503-839522115-500\Software\xp-AntiSpy\Profiles\System profile 08.05.2011

Should I add this note to the entry?

Few recent notes:

* The program has gone open source https://github.com/christau/xp-AntiSpy but I have been unable to determine the license.

* It still doesn't work on Win10 but it does appear to be in development.

* The setup version of this program is ad-supported according to softpedia: http://www.softpedia.com/get//Popup-Ad- ... ispy.shtml

Good news: someone is taking the torch from xp-AntiSpy (which was last updated in 2015):
xd-AntiSpy: The successor to xp-AntiSpy, designed for the modern Windows experience.
The "XP" in the name has now become a smiley "XD", which stands for eXtreme Defense, though it also carries the playful connotation of the 😆 smiley. The app continues the versioning from where the original left off, at version 3.98. If you're interested, feel free to try it out, share it, and I'll be ready to release the code soon.

xd-AntiSpy is currently v4.11.22 (changes and downloads at https://github.com/builtbybel/xd-AntiSpy/releases/).
