Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

SmartContextMenu consists of two files SmartContextMenu.exe and SmartContextMenu.xml (located in the roaming user directory). If you want to make it portable, you can copy the SmartContextMenu.xml to the current directory. When SmartContextMenu starts, at first it searches for this xml file in the current directory and if it fails there, then SCM creates the xml file in the roaming directory and uses it from there.
