A collection of text manipulation tools written in JavaScript that you can play in your browser, or download as a web page complete .... Fully portable

I was very impressed with the UpsideDown Tool.

Here is a copy of this post using UpsideDown:

Thanks 8)
I used to have a similar site bookmarked, years ago, but then lost track of it, might have switched browsers, whatever.
Anyway, stuff like that comes in handy every so often.

Mod note: considering its content, moved topic from "Submission" to "Resources & Links"...

I reckon this may be fitting here...
Textorama is a [FLOSS!] web editor that works with plain text files in your local system. The content is in your disk in a universal open format, and the browser ensures the editor only accesses the files you permit. There is no need for security measures like sign-in. Your data is inherently portable and organized the way you want.

Supports markdown. Source is at https://github.com/joaomelo/textorama.
