Even though TyperTask is not as easy of use as HotkeyP, it's portability and versatility makes it a true alternative. Thanks freakazoid for the suggestion; I'll tryit out as a natively portable replacement for HotkeyP.
Great, took a while to figure some things out, but I'm definitly moving to typertasks. Thanks for the commendation.

A first portable version of HotkeyP packaged in winPenPack format, that includes also WinLIRC:

X-HotkeyP 4.6.2 [rev1]

Please note: I can insert it in TPFC database, but it is preferable to test it before.

I added X-HotkeyP 4.6.2 [rev1] to TPFC database.
X-HotkeyP is a portable version of the software packaged in winPenPack's format.

New version out:

---

HotkeyP - keyboard/mouse/gamepad mapper (easy to use, lightweight, many features, e.g. macros, hide window, opacity, always on top, change wallpaper, magnifier, volume, mute, disable key - like CapsLock...)

4.10 (2023-05-28)

* maximal length of hotkey parameters increased to 65535

* command "Paste text" can paste a registry value

* "Enable multiple instances" is always enabled for explorer.exe

* winmm.dll is loaded only if needed

* help has a content

* renamed "Suspend" to "Sleep/Suspend"

* renamed "Monitor power off" to "Display power off"

fixed bugs:

* "Paste text" command was causing critical errors on Windows 11

* "Minimize window to tray" could hide taskbar

* CHM help could not be opened if HotkeyP was installed in the Program Files folder

* window opacity can be 0

* progressbar when waiting before executing a hotkey on Windows 10
