Scribus - desktop publishing

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Topic update: upstream Scribus version is currently v1.5.8 (release announcement at https://www.scribus.net/scribus-1-5-8-released/).

PortableApps Scribus -- the version currently in TPFC's database -- is still at release v1.4.8 (see http://portableapps.com/apps/office/scribus_portable).

1.5.x is the development branch. 1.4.x is stable.
