Emsa Software - Web Monitor, Disk Check, Flexinfo

#1 Post by dasfx »

From site:
Emsa Web Monitor is a small Web monitoring program, an utility that runs on your desktop and allows the user to monitor uptime status of several websites. The program works by periodically pinging the remote sites, and showing the ping time as well as a small graph that allows the user to quick view recent monitoring history.

Just unzip and run. It does have a "Load on startup" option, but all other options are kept in text files in the App directory. Thanks.

Emsa DiskCheck

Emsa Disk Check is a tool for disk checking, full disk reading and benchmarking of your hard disks or CD/DVD drives. It scans the entire contents of a disk and displays statistics, including file and folder count, read speed, total bytes and more. In addition, it reports if any read errors (bad files) are found. Easy to use, standalone utility.

Emsa Save My Work

#4 Post by donald »

Emsa Save My Work is a KEY-LOGGER
("Typed data recovery tool for Windows")

Freeware for Win9x/ME/NT/2k/XP/2003

this program saves settings to the app folder as well as,

the activation code, and the key log

this app seems most useful to students who might

lose important work because of a failing browser, word processor etc.

and even tired editing.

The website is the place to get the activation code

I believe this is portable and may be stealth except

it does have a dependency on the Visual Basic 6 Runtime

which can be downloaded for free and is common on XP and up

UPDATE: this required the addition of COMDLG32.OCX in the application folder to run on at least one PC so far

website = http://www.e-systems.ro/save_my_work.htm

specific app page = http://www.e-systems.ro/save_my_work.htm

download direct = http://download1.e-systems.ro/SetupSaveMyWork.zip

or google it because it is on a lot of download websites
