Wow... this looks awesome.
Now I wish I was running XP (XP was easier to use, maintain, and harden) instead of boring Windows 10, which is much harder to control and maintain
I would be interested in looking at other XP screenshots from the TPFC fan base and maybe, we can pick a winner!
Thanks for sharing...

If it hadn't been made known to me, I would have no idea that was Windows XP!
Re: What does your XP looks like in 2022 ?
You can get the latest "BlackBox" version for windows here.
It runs on either 32 or 64 bits systems (auto-detect at install).
Should work from XP up to windows 11.
There is also Nimi Visuals and Nimi Places (Compiz for windows) on the same page.
Check the ZIP archives.
You can download 2693 styles in one package here.

I got rid of my last XP machine two years ago so no screenshot
Was an old Acer Aspire nettop.
is it stealth?

To me, XP was the last system published by kro$oft that you could heavily customize, modify and ultimately make your own.
Then there was "Vista" and from that point onward, things have just been getting worse.
Nowadays, "Windows" is an OS that you get on "leasing".
Sooner or later, they will ask for a monthly fee to get it running on your hardware...
Same as "Office".
Same as your anti-virus.
So, i've removed "Windows" from my computers. And replaced it by Linux.
Except for this netbook that runs XP.

Re: What does your XP looks like in 2022 ?
So here's what my desktop looked like minutes ago...
Desktop icons were hidden (there are loads of them) for a better view and Windows changes the wallpaper randomly -- it should change every 30 minutes, but it never keeps schedule, sometimes it's in rapid succession every 5 minutes, sometimes it takes hours, and I haven't bothered to debug it...
I used to be a XP diehard too, but with upgraded hardware I was just unable to keep it. Currently, I'm running OpenShell on Windows 10 LTSC with dark color set and a couple of other system customizations (chiefly via WPD and Winaero Tweaker).
BTW, I liked the Windows 7 appearance I have in an older machine a whole lot more -- I applied a Royale XP SkinPack when i first set it up back in 2015 and it still works fine; most of my screenshots scattered around TPFC's forum were made in it -- but it is what it is.

I've once ran a very similar desktop environment under "Wndows 10" : LTSC + Openshell enhancements.
This should be the baseline for this OS.
