Greetings ,
Is there a freeware program to "Calibrate display color settings"
according to a given photo , not to adjusting by red,green.blue ?

Oh! The first thing I remembered was the Nokia Monitor Test program. We can say that this is a legendary program. In this program, you will be able to make some basic settings.

If you have a Windows operating system, then there are also tools for simple monitor calibration. I think this will be enough for home use.

Major manufacturers (NEC, iiyama, Philips etc) have developed monitor setup utilities that can be used with all monitors. And they are free. You need to search on the websites of monitor manufacturers.
