tabbyFile 2.0 released

#1 Post by brad » Sat Apr 14, 2007 8:38 pm

I just released tabbyFile 2.0 after a rather intense development cycle.

I started from scratch for 2.0, and ended up with something that supersedes the v1.4.1 by miles!

Available at the new tabbyWare website.

As always, no registry use!

It didn't preserve my tabs. Also, prefer only one pane, and now there's two. Any way to have only a single pane?

Yes, you can revert to single pane.

Code: Select all

Options/Switches/Use 2 Explorer Windows = False
I really like the new version.

Ah! Got it, Yucca...

An it's just a matter of creating, and then saving a layout to preserve tabs.

This is quite nice!

thanks guys - i prefer the one pane as well, but since I was rebuilding from the ground up, i figured i'd include it for those who like 2.

AlephX, the Download link on the front page is broken.

It should be
http://www.bradlima.com/tabbyWare/files ... yFile2.zip or
http://www.bradlima.com/tabbyWare/files ... -setup.exe

thanks
