I have used all of them in the past -- but to tell you the truth, I never really noticed RMPrepUSB size checking option.
Also, a word of warning on the potential for data destruction of both Check Flash and RMPrepUSB...

Just looked through a box of old SD cards to find the fastest for a job where speed mattered
H2testW worked fine
