I came across this site which may be of interest to some.

This site contains an extensive number of tweak programs, primarily for Windows 8/8.1 but also Windows 7
I have listed those that are specifically stated to be portable.
Some may be .NET apps.
I chose to post in this section because I know nothing about Win 7,8,8.1 so I haven't even downloaded them; I don't know if they are trivial or useful.

I would like to introduce Winaero Tweaker - universal tweaker software which supports Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
Tested Winaero Tweaker v0.6.0.6 (there is a "portable" mode during installation process and .Net Framework 3.5 is required):

Note: cool app, though! List of features: ... -features/

Very nice and easy to be able to change some settings in Windows 10 that you can no longer do so via the normal control panel or settings (you can do it manually in the registry but that is a not very friendly). Being able to change the menu text size font made my day :-)
