I had to install it, copy files and Uninstall it to run it as PORTABLE?, stealth= Unknown (don't think so)
I was able to TAG many many photos with Keywords in a very short time, TAGS can be organized in a tree structure and Drag-Droped into selected photos, It has very nice Search and Filtering options to quickly find images. It's a pity that it has not been updated since 2010 and seems Abandoned, but... It is still good and works fine in my Win10 x64
Hopefully its of use for anyone.

It would help if you could mention what program it is you're referring to in the thread title and description.
