issue with opera 12.16 , mouse wheel , freeze

Hi
i use mostly opera 12.16 1860 64bit ,windows 7
i have an issue , as soon i start to scroll pages with the mouse wheel my opera starts to freeze
i have to use the tak manager to kill opera
i know there is opera 17 but sucks , it hasn't include the bookmarks
is there a fix?
can someone test it?

Is that happen only here at TPFC or anywhere?
Try closing all other applications and see if it is really Opera and not something else.

it does happen only with portable freeware.com and soon i start to scroll the mouse
extension:
adblock plus 1.3.4
wot
nothing else
i tried to disable the problem persist

Opera and portablefreeware.com are not affiliated with each other so it's not a portablefreeware.com issue. Maybe just download Opera again and try without using extension(s).

the problem persist
but this started some days ago

I would try disabling HWA in Opera and then JavaScript and see if the problem still exists.
On portablefreeware.com you mean the forum, or the main site?

i'm with opera now
only the main site , opera works great here in the forum
what is it HWA?

i found out it's
smooth scrolling
but i can't disable only for portable freeware collection
about hard ware acceleration i can't find the option

How many posts are you viewing per page? I could reproduce high CPU with showing 100 at a time.

doesn't work sadly i have your settings
i will install a new installtion of opera portable
