MailStore Home

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Mailstore Home - email archive and search

#31 Post by webfork »

I was trying to resolve a problem converting an OST to PST file and was hoping Mailstore could help, but along the way found a useful program:
... you can backup all emails in a secure and central archive, even if they are distributed across different computers, programs or mailboxes. ... You can still reply to or forward archived emails by opening them with a single mouse-click in your standard email program. In addition, the archive allows you to search quickly and easily through all your email communications.
Status: portable, writes to app folder

Resource usage: 51 megs RAM, 54 megs disk space

License: freeware for non-commercial use https://www.mailstore.com/en/legal/agre ... -versions/

Websites:

https://www.mailstore.com/en/products/mailstore-home/
https://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/ ... able.shtml

Steps:

Download and launch installer. During setup, choose "Install portable version in other directory" and then launch MailStoreHomePortable.exe

Screencaps:

This is grayscaled for some reason, the app normally has an orange backdrop.

I thought it was familiar - I must have typed in the wrong search terms. Thanks for merging.
