I used Universal Extractor (too lazy to try installer first
), program files are in \$SMPROGRAMS\Duplicate Cleaner\Settings file will be created in program folder. V2 update history says "Portable settings file (no registry)"
Could someone test this for fulfilling other portability requirements (if not counting that it needs .NET Framework)?
