Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

SmartFreePdf is a freeware which can produce PDF files from your own text and your own Jpeg pictures.
It can handle 3 different fonts : Time New Roman, Helvetica and Courier, standard, italic or bold, any size, various colors.
Also provide annotation option, and hypertext links to reach directly any page in your PDF file.
Only for Windows XP and NT. Needs Acrobat Reader 5.0 or better

The autor says in his site that it's usable in USB drive.

Acrobat Reader is a pretty big dependency and cannot be gauranteed to be installed on all systems, so it is not considered portable by our definition.
