Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Cathy is not portable, it writes settings to the registry.

I've not seen the other one before, so it might be portable. I'd check it myself but I'm very busy with other things at the moment.
