Remove duplicate images easily within Freecommander, Unreal commander and Total Commander.

this and easy subtitle converter website seems to be in middle of migration. i will check and update both later.

Problems I think visitors will have with this description:

1. Its a plugin? Does it work on its own?
2. Compress reduces file 1.5MB to 719kB? Meaning when it deletes a duplicate file, you're using half the space? Or does it actually compress files? So its a compression program?
3. How does it find duplicate images? By size/date? By content?
