Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Thanks for checking that out, guinness.

I'm not a stealth purist and the app seems to run fine from my USB pendrive, though, without needing any of the saved settings. I'll post a request for true portability to the author, nevertheless...

BTW, could you maybe explain why I was unable to publish the icon and screeshot for this -- or direct me towards solving the issue?

With the Icon and Screenshot it has to be a .GIF image file, I suspect you had either .JPG or .PNG. Secondly the Icon image has to be 32 x 32 (in general when you extract the icon from the .EXE it is usually 32 x 32) and the dimensions of the Screenshot are a maximum of 1024x768 and maximum file size of 1MB.
