Monoff4 - turns the monitor off

Of those 5, main ones are Avast and AVG -- the remainder include such household names as Avira, Bitdefender, Eset, Microsoft, and MalwareBytes, which report the file as "undetected"...

Also among the tags attributed by VT: "direct-cpu-clock-access", "invalid-rich-pe-checksum", and "long-sleeps".

Lastly, let me note Archive.org made the mirror snapshot from long time TPFC member tproli's website.
