Sorry but I am a radio junkie and you can never have too many options when it comes to internet radio.

from the homepage:
"RadioSure gives you the smoothest radio listening experience. The main rule is
- it should be simple, reliable and should just work.

Features:
More than 12000 of stations in the package
Supports most of the internet radio formats - mp3, wma, ogg vorbis, aac+ and so on
Quick and reliable search for your favorite radio stations
Smooth switching between stations including crossfade effect
Recording what you are listening to and packaging it into separate song files
Simultanious recording of multiple stations
Automatic checking for software and radio stations updates
Command line parametes for automatization
Runs on Windows XP and Vista 32 and 64 bit
UNICODE support - all domestic stations are perfectly visible and searchable
and much much more"

Its a little slow to browse stations,
but not any worse than the others I have tried
The tray icon offers alot of options without having the interface opened.
Settins are saved to the app folder.

The default folder for recording is "RadioSure Recordings" in the user's "Music" folder, which it created for me. When I deleted the setting, it recreated the folder, even though I didn't record anything. It will accept a simple subfolder name as a relative path (I tried all variations of relative paths, and I didn't think it would even accept a simple subfolder name, but it does - it just won't open the folder when you click on "Open Folder".

If it had Screamer's recording buffer, I'd be sold.

The version 2.0 have improved the portability support (now use relative path for the recording folder), so I think could be added to the database. It is very powerful, simple and stable (instead, both ICY Radio and Screamer Radio have some instabilities). I'll probably add it to my next Suite release. I have also asked them to use a zipped database (now it is about 2MB), for the rest is perfect.

Does anyone know how the list of recently used stations can be deleted? It's getting longer and longer, which is kind of annoying (version 2.1.969.0).

30 History and 30 Favorites are stored in RadioSure.xml

In both the options menu and the right-click menu you can remove favorites.

I don't see anything in my version (2.0.886) to clear history.

Yeah.
Believe me, I have gone through every options and right-click menu before posting my question.
So it seems there is indeed no way. I'll go to their forums and see if anyone's already brought this up and (if not) post a kind of feature request.

Ah, brilliant! Thanks!

Sorry about the terminological confusion I seem to have caused, but I use RadioSure in German and so I just guessed what it would be called in English without thinking of switching the UI to English in order to verify.

Definitely would be a shame if they went payware.
