Multi Media Center organizes all your media - music, movies, photos, games, and more.
Browse your media with a simple fullscreen interface with large fonts optimized for TV-out. Can be controlled by mouse, keyboard, or remote control.

It's no match for MS Mediacenter, but it's small, free, doesn't write anything outside its own directory and does what it says on the tin.
