Download the 7-Zip package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch MediaInfo.exe. Select Options, Preferences, Setup, and uncheck Shell extension and Shell InfoTip.
Should be:
Download the 7-Zip package and extract to a folder of your choice. Launch MediaInfo.exe. In the window that appears uncheck "Shell extension" and select "OK"

For English only (and to save some space), delete all but "en.csv" in "\Plugin\Language" and fr.Example.csv, it.Esempio.csv, and it.Esempio_HTML.csv from "Plugin\Custom"
