Nice and simple, but there's no preferences or documentation to support it
Also, it seems to be an 'off-shoot' of an old WYSIWYG editor project; http://www.scripts.com/tools-and-utilit ... /tinyedit/
Plus, it seems to create the following reg entry on first run:
