install it then copy the installation directory content (except uninstall.* files) to your Portable Mz Ultimate Tweaker folder and launch the app with MzUltimateTweaker.exe to test if you need. Then uninstall your first installation from your system.
If you want to make it more clean, you can also put a REG file containing the code lines bellow, it will remove the registry tracks left by the application. You'll have to click the REG file yourself after having closed the app... or I guess you know what to do if you wanna make your own AutoIt or NSIS launcher.
