Gimel Studio - node-based image editor

#1 Post by webfork »

Background: So I've been waiting over a year for the dust to settle on this one to dig into it, but at this point I figure maybe the additional attention will help push it down the road. It's such a cool idea I don't even know where to begin.

In short the program a staged image processor that shows every step of the edit as a thumbnail. Treats individual image tweaks not as steps that you can undo/redo, but add / subtract / move across a path. The liteware Renamer does a great job at this, but Gimel takes it even further. I hope to see more tools use this logic in the future.
