Arachnophilia (with Java Portable Launcher)

#1 Post by webfork »

A basic open source HTML editor with unique interface, but some nice features.

It's been in development for a lot of years and admittedly has slowed over the past few, but still has something to offer if you want to get your hands on the code, where a lot of modern tools insist on "helping" you.

FYI, before it moved to Java, Arachnophilia used to be one of my favorite plain text/HTML editors.

Its developer's general attitude is highly commendable, IMHO.

Holy cow! This really brings back memories.

I remember using the Windows version in the really early days in one of my first jobs. That was like.. 2004 or something, I can't even recall.
