Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I'm not sure yet whether or not this beats any of the existing freeware tools but it definitely goes above and beyond the windows native tool, appears to be in active develoipment, and is open source.

Requires: VS Studio 2018 (source only distro)

Status: Untested
