"Mypal is a current and maintained browser for Windows XP."
So happy I found this yesterday, based on Palemoon and works with many legacy FF and Palemoon extensions.
The installer comes with portable and stealth options

Mypal - Godsend browser for Win XP
Mypal 29.3.0, a godsend, slim, fast browser for diehard Win XP users
saved the day(s) after all hell started breaking loose under Chrome '49.0.2623.112m' legacy behemoth browser,
due to some byzantine "DST Root CA X3" certificate 30SEP21 expiration global issue...
Mypal installer package (includes a "Portable install" option)
leaves a few inocuous entries in XP registry
• mypal-29.3.0.win32.installer.exe 33,209KB
• mypal.exe link date 23JUL21
• mypal installed disk space footprint: 142MB (vs Chrome 676MB)
Mypal concise, keen review (v26.8.1)

Re: Mypal (XP-compatible web browser)
Unfortunately, after attacks from the Moonchild Productions team (due to alleged MPL violations), MyPal development has been officially terminated and the Github repository deleted. Pity.

Softpedia has Mypal v.29.3.0 (64bit version, not the 32bit version):

Re: Mypal (XP-compatible web browser)
Despite the current (temporary ?) development hiatus,
due to the unfortunate tussle between Moonchild Productions and Feodor2 original developer
Mypal 29.3.0 (32bit+64bit) link date 23AUG21 available from the project website
is quite fresh and serviceable as it stands, thanks for asking...

K-Meleon is still updated weekly and runs on Windows XP. I update the portable package and continue to test it on Windows XP: https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/ ... n-portable

Thanks JohnTHaller, it's good to know -- cross-posting to XP software thread.
