From the developer of TruePax ...
So you saved a lot of important images to backup and you want to check that they saved correctly. Or you have a library of images and want to check for problems. BadPeggy is an image (PNG,JPG,BMP and similar) verification/validation program that checks for image issues across an unlimited number of files and folders. I tested ALL my photos and it caught several issues including truncated files, corrupt data, and I/O errors.
Includes a preview window and ability to export issues list.

How to repair the image problems? Unknown.
Steps: Unzip and launch badpeggy.cmd
Status: Portable, writing to badpeggy.properties in the local folder. I didn't test stealth status but it's written in Java and therefore unlikely to be stealth.
