From the developer of the broad format file manager, Konvertor: viewtopic.php?p=74542#p74542

Metadata++ - lets you search, manage, import/export, remove, and view maps associated with file metadata. The program appears to be another front-end for exiftools, but it's a very good one with a lot of functionality and a friendly interface.

Issues:
* Program crashed on my Win10x64 system when I ran a search within the metadata of a given folder.
* Really expects a lot of screen real-estate. Seemed cramped on my 1440x900 monitor. The screenshot below really doesn't show much due to this.

Status: Portable, writes to Metadata++.ini

This tool is working pretty good, ty, it was able to clear the "Encoded By" tag from MP4 Videos that get added by some video tools, if using VLC Media Player for example to delete it, the added info to the tag tend to come back in the "Encoded by" section, with this tool it worked to delete the tag, as of yet atleast it have not came back, the tool shuld be working with Avi, DivX, WebM videos allso, probably it will work out with other formats allso such as Mkv, Mov.. The tool includes support for Audio and Images aswell!

New versions is avalible from the website.

I ended up using v.2.03.5, Direct Download Link to Portable v.2.03.5 (Full Portable 64bit Version), which includes Metadata++, FFmpeg, FFprobe, Magick, ExifTool. https://www.logipole.com/download/metad ... 2-03-5.zip

Removing the meta tag was done "lossless"/removed and saved directly from the video, without re-encoding!

On the first launch the program did not display any file names when browsing thru folders, after rebooting the program it worked fine, allso if the video is added directy to "C:", which is protected different then other folders, the program failed to edit/delete meta data, after moving the video to an normal folder within "C:" it worked fine!
