This looked really cool and I spent some time on this before determining that it's 64-bit only:

The program does list a portable version, but the download is quite large: 132 compressed, 371 megs uncompressed.

Status: Untested. Don't currently have a 64-bit machine.

Portable. Settings within application folder. Could not check whether the QT framework files leave any traces ATM. Will re-test later.
