Portability
Download the standalone executable (pingmonster.exe), create pingmonster.xml empty file inside the folder where pingmonster.exe resides and run the executable.

Requirements
Ping Monster requires .NET 4.5 or later.

License
Ping Monster is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution License.

Note
Transparency cannot be disabled.
Program minimizes to tray but there is no tray control.
The developer (Eduardo Zola) is responsive and open to suggestions.

In resume this new version just fix a issue when the software sent an email alert was not concatenating the description of the ip host.
