Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.
Great suggestion: I love the histogram view of PC activity (this view) but overall the interface is really sharp. It's definitely a great answer for those that preferred the Mac Activity Monitor program. I do miss the priority and affinity controls, as compared for example to Daphne but there's nothing saying you couldn't run both.

It looks like the UI is a carbon copy of the Windows Task Manager introduced in Windows 8. The Performance -> CPU view looks exactly the same as in the linked screenshot if I turn on separate graphs for processor cores.

Try the Details tab. The real thing has priority and affinity controls there.
