SunsetScreen - reduce eye strain with color change overlay

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Just updated to v1.28 from the ZIP file hosted on TPFC and Windows 10 is complaining that the publisher is unknown and that I must unblock this publisher so SunsetScreen can run.

Anyone else running into this? If so, how did you fix it? There are workarounds like running the Command Prompt as an administrator and running the .exe, but would prefer something a little simple.

UPDATE: I had v1.28 on my laptop and used that copy on this PC and no more unknown publisher problems. Andrew or webfork, maybe you should check your mirrored version of Sunsetscreen to ensure it's correct.
