How to obtain Portable version:
1. create an empty folder with name (for example) 'uGet Portable'
2. unzip in this folder the file 'uget-2.2.3-1-win32+gtk3.7z'
3. unzip of the file 'uget-2.2.1-win32-locale.7z' the folder 'locale' inside 'share' folder
--> this folder contains all localization files in format .mo (binary files) obtained with Poedit program
4. move the file 'uget-portable-mode' (this is a simple text file) from main folder of unzipped archive 'uget-2.2.3-1-win32+gtk3.7z' to subfolder '\bin'
5. done

I have'n found the entry of this program in 'Categories' -> Download Managers: why not ?
