Screenar - automatic screenshots

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

Screenar - automatic screenshots

#1 Post by webfork »

Version Tested: 1.1 beta
Steps: Download setup file and extract to a temporary directory, copy files from {app} to a folder of your choice, launch Screenar.exe
Portable: Yes (saves no settings)
Stealth: Yes

The program will be perfect for one specific user, but maybe not everyone:
  • Saves no settings at all, which could be good or bad depending on your preferences in software
  • Doesn't record the cursor, again you might want this
  • Cannot record less than a per-second basis (defaults to 5)
  • To turn off recording, you must select the icon from tray, select "restore" and then press stop.

A small tool which can take screenshots frequantly. You can simply define delay between screenshot and save destination

Forgot summary. Thanks carbonize.

I've been looking for a program like this for a while and they either don't have the right set of features or aren't portable. I should message up the ShareX or Greenshot devs.

Edit - Resolved: ShareX added this functionality (Capture - Auto Capture)
