PNGoo: lossy PNG image compression front-end w/ alpha

Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

I, for one, use PNGoo regularly, e.g., when crafting images for freeware illustration, so I'd be very interested in your update.
